Red River Ranch Master Plan

Red River Ranch is a pristine site nestled against a popular national park in Utah.  In 2018, MWA was hired to prepare a Master Plan for a mixed-use community on the property.

The Master Plan is comprised of two villages, one at each end of the property.  Each village includes a variety of civic spaces and thoroughfares carefully located to take advantage of views from the site.  The two villages also unclude a variety of housing types, a bed & breakfast, an equestrian center and riding trails, a wedding venue, a hotel, a saloon, and a buffalo roaming field, and located a short drive from both villages is a farm and seasonal staff village.  MWA worked with Jeremy Sommer of Sommer Design Studios to prepare a collection of images to convey the intended character of the place.

Currently, the client is beginning the process of preparing a pattern book to compliment the Master Plan.
